Fits a four passenger Club Car fine. Can't speak to a Yamaha.

Q: what size do I get if I have a golf cart with a 2 passenger top, but 4 total seats. 2 in front and 2 seats in back... facing back?

The two-person/seat-size cover will probably be too small if you have four seats. However if your rear facing seats fold-up, as many do, it MIGHT fit - better too big than too small! You should see if you can get accurate dimensions of your Cart, then compare to dimensions of the cover - measure twice
