Scotch-Brite Cook Top Cleaner Refill (1 Package of 6 Pre-Moistened Cloths) 6 Count (Pack of 1)

As anyone with an electric range knows the tops can get gross real fast if you cook a lot, especially if you use any oil. I also rent out a room so I have another person cooking in my kitchen who is not as much of a clean freak as I am. That being said, the other spray and goops I had purchased from the supermarket, even the ones with the special little cleaning sponges just did not get my glass top stove as clean as I would like.On a whim I purchased the starter kit from Scotch-Brite (usually I hate buying cleaning devices that only serve one purpose, it's a fast way to end up with a cluttered cabinet) and I have to say I was and still continue to be very impressed. What I do is buff for a minute or two with one side, then flip it over and use the other side of the cleaning pad to continue cleaning for another minute or two. Then I take a paper towel and pick up as much residue as possible from the cleaning pads (yes they will leave residue if you don't do this). Then because I am actually a cleaning freak I follow up with a few sprays of another clear liquid type stove top cleaner and wipe again with a new paper towel. A little work, yes, but I am left with a stove top that looks as close to new as I could ask for out of a 3 year old + stove.

I recently bought a house that came with a flat-top stove. I had never encountered a flat-top before and thought that just scrubbing it with a rag and some cleaner would work fine. WRONG! It took so much elbow grease and some of the stains still didn't come off. That's when I remembered seeing something that was left behind by the previous owner, it was the Scotch-Bright scrubber and 1 refill pad. I tried it out and was amazed. It easily cleaned everything the rag and cleaner had left behind. A little scrubbing goes a long way with this thing. As hard as I try not to spill stuff on the burners, it still happens quite a bit, but I know these things will take the stains right off so I don't worry about it too much. I don't like to waste the pads and throw them away after one use, so I typically use one side, stick the pad in a baggy, then wet it down and squeeze out excess water before using the other side the next time. It still works just as well as it does right out of the package, and I'm not going through a pack a month.

Didn't keep this particular order, overpriced. However I do use this product with great results. Been using it for years like the way it cleans.

I previously found this cook top cleaner at a home improvement store, which no longer carries it. I was so excited to find the refill here because these seem to work miracles! I was able to remove stains that had been on my cooktop forever and were impossible to remove with other cook top cleaners and lots of elbow grease. I just put them on, a light scrub, and grime, burns, stains, grease and food are all gone with one easy to use product. I don't see how I lived life before it. This item also arrived very quickly after I ordered it (2 days and this was with Amazon's free shipping option.) I love that I've found a great place to order these and no need to panic if I run out because they'll arrive quickly.

I found this product about a year ago in a department store - then the store stopped selling it. I've been looking for the refills in many stores and could not find them. I finally found the refills on Amazon.com and ordered a package. 3M Scotch-Brite works great cleaning my cook top stove. It cleans all the burned spills and polishes it up nicely - and it doesn't take a lot of time. I recommend this cleaning product to anyone with a Cook Top Stove.

When I bought a house with electric as opposed to gas, I was skeptical. Plus, I was clueless when it came to cleaning the glass-top stove. I am notorious for boiling over pots of milk, and the first time that happened, I was worried I would ruin my stove top. So I ran to Target and found the starter kit for this product. Now I am officially converted to an electric stove lover. I was never able to keep my gas stove as clean as my electric. This product is my secret. Plus,the pads last forever and can be reused multiple times before they need to be tossed.

I don't have the handle for it but I bought this a few times to clean my cooktop. It works with some elbow grease to it. Definitely can see the grime and burnt stuff on the cooktop when using it. I'll continue buying this until I find a better easier safe way to clean the cooktop.

I have used this product for a long time, and this on-line product certainly fits the bill as a replacement. It cleans as it should and is reasonably priced (without the bother of looking all over town or it).

While I appreciate that these cleaning pads work at least as well as anything I have used for my cooktop, by the time I paid duty and GST on the package, my price per pad worked out to over $4.00 per pad. Since I can't buy them locally, I will, in future, use a generic green scrubbing with whatever soap is lying around.
