Great for touch ups!
I have fair to medium toned combination skin and this stick is great for touch ups. Easy to apply and the does a good job of blending in. I don't recommend using it as full foundation because the face gets greasy/shiny after a few hours.

Perfect on-the-go
Shade is perfect and has dewy effect. Needs to be set with powder tho and the attached brush doesn't work out for me. Overall, it's a good product

#21 is a bit light to my skin but still ...
#21 is a bit light to my skin but still can wear it. i think u can say the color is brighter than #23. but both #23 and #21 are the same. just #21 is having brighter effect.
