This relieved so much neck and shoulder pain
I have 2 bulging discs in my neck and working at a computer with repetitive motions really causes me pain. I have tried every ergonomic tool out there ( chairs, standing desks, PT, stretching, fancy keyboards and mouses). This product is an incredible tool in my toolkit for managing pain. Being able to switch between hands has made my body pain almost go away completely. Can’t recommend it enough! I also love the shape because it replicates the natural way our hands are supposed to sit unlike of a mouse where your palm faces down, which twists the arm and shoulder muscles. My only wish is that it could come with a padded carrying case. Other reviews say that is breaks easily and I would like to prevent that possibility with a carrying case.

Best mouse ever! for those with bad wrists or good wrists
I struggled with wrist pain for years when I was younger, to the point where I could not hold a coffee cup. Even after surgery the pain remained. This mouse has done wonders for me. No more wrist pain! I have small hands and long fingers so keep that in mind with sizing. I use the small Penguin mouse but based on my measurements should be in a larger size mouse.People at work were always confused as to how to use the mouse, but don't let that intimidate you. It is very simple to use and easy to switch hands if you want to give one wrist a break for a bit. When I first learned to mouse with my non-dominant hand on a regular mouse it was a huge struggle but I bulled through as I had no choice with my dominant hand in a cast. A decade later without using my non-dominant hand to mouse I got the Penguin. Because the wheels work in the same way in either hand I can easily switch back and forth without a struggle.Do yourself a favor and get the Penguin! The company is wonderful. I am currently on my third Penguin and still incredibly happy with the product. My first Penguin had an internal spring break about 9 months in. The company sent me a new one without hassle. The second on lasted me years but remained at work when I switched jobs. Now I have my very own personal Penguin mouse.

One hassle with this.
While using this mouse the arrow has a mind of it's own. Will go all over the screen a lot which is happening now. The mouse tends to freeze more than it should and I have to turn it off, then on. It does keep my wrist supported well which is good. That's a positive something. The end.

Very good with one issue
Very straightforward to use. Just plug and play. Rechargeable. Very comfortable to hold. Can be used with left or right hand in one device. One issue is the right click button where I would use my middle finger is too high. It’s higher than my natural placement of the finger, so each time I feel like I have a second delay as I have to consciously move my finger up to right click. It can be annoying as you mind would be thinking about the particular thing that you need but then you have that 1 second interruption because of the right click you need with the mouse. These mouse clicks should have been more of muscle memory if they had designed the right-click button a bit lower. Big deal? Yes, for me. I have switched to use Evolent instead.

Great item
No longer have pain in my hand, wrist or arm like I do with 5-minutes on a regular mouse. I work all day with this penguin and zero pain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Doesn’t include type C adapter! Apples beware!
I’m using this mouse on an iPad mini 6 and a new air m2 laptop. I was disgusted to find that something so pricey! did not include a type C adapter! How can you advertise this as Mac compatible and not send the necessary adapter? For all the apple people out there, Anker has a package of 2 type c -type a adapters for $6.00.Save yourself the disappointment and order when you order this. The mouse itself seems to be more responsive on the iPad than the Air, but I’m using an older adapter while I wait for a high speed type 3 from Anker. Grrrrrr, deceptive marketing!Update:Now using a USB 3.1 adapter. Mouse is much more responsive, and my hand doesn't hurt.

Great product
I love the penguin mouse as an alternative mouse to use when my wrist is sore. I alternate, and it's a nice change of pace that helps me continue working efficiently.

Stopped working after a few months
This product was recommended by my occupational therapist and worked great for several months. However, after ~7 months it just stopped working. It sticks constantly and is super frustrating to use. I've tried using it on different surfaces, cleaning it out, recharging it, eliminating any possible signal interference, and nothing has helped. Given the price point, failing in less than a year is pretty unacceptable.
