Classic Podium Stand

This is very solid and easy to put together. Take the dimensions of the tray and cut out paper or cardboard to see if you like it. It more than fits a 15” MacBook Air with a backup hard drive, etc. (I have it next to my guitars and over a keyboard.) the base is not huge, so it fits easily but the thing is not tippy at all. Additionally, the labeling feet are essential—really? Why don’t most things have leveling feet?! Super happy.

The product was just as described. Very easy to assemble - took about 15 minutes. All the necessary tools were included. Finish on the wood and metal parts was very good. Very sturdy construction. The feet on the bottom are adjustable making it very easy to ensure the stand is solid and does not rock or lean. I use the stand to hold a very large and heavy map reference book. The stand adjustable height locks in position to hold the weight without slipping and it does not rock or tip. The plastic feet allow me to easily re-position the stand on a wood floor without marring or damage to the floor. Very good product and excellent value.

My husband had no problem putting this together. It is really sturdy and can be adjusted to different heights easily. It kind of looks like a music stand but it is way more sturdy. My husband can put his gigantic laptop on it and lecture from it. It really is nice And it doesn't take up much space. You could easily travel with it.

This is good quality, pretty sturdy with adjustments. It does not go up very high, though. I'm 5' 10'' and it just doesn't come up high enough for me. If you are any shorter it's probably fine. Putting it together was pretty easy and it looks high end for the price.

I use this to hold my laptop next to my recliner when I am tired of sitting at my desk (79 yo). The adjustable top flips easily into a vertical position for storage (it is solid, but not too heavy to carry about) and the height adjustment works smoothly as well. The base is solid and I don't worry about knocking my laptop over. The pencil rail keeps my laptop in place even at a 45-50 degree angle from horizontal.

This is a solid and well designed podium. I searched for a music stand and found this; and I don't think this would be acceptable to a musician, as they are used to something much more light weight and portable. This product would fine for a conductor though. It weighs a lot--between 10 and 12 lbs. Took about 15 minutes to assemble with decent printed instructions. All parts and a couple of tools were in the package plus one extra small screw. The materials (steel and hardboard) are of good quality and the end product is very stout. The shipping package was thoughtful and strong so it is unlikely to receive a damaged item. The feet are adjustable to accommodate an uneven surface. It may not be apparent from the description but it comes with a raised bar (plastic) at the foot of the table to keep things from sliding off. My only hesitation is that the legs should have a wider spread so that the heavy weight of the table is more stable.

Excellent. Everything fitted perfectly. Easy to move, no wheels but I have carpet, carried with very little difficulty. Came with a small piece broken off the plastic piece on which books and papers would rest but nowhere near the call for doing a return.

I use this to set my big computer monitor on. It is very sturdy, easy to put together, easy to move around and has a great height adjustment range. I am very happy with it and highly recommend.
