I previously purchased an 8" loudspeaker from Amazon (Pyle) and returned them due to their extremely weak output. These "Proreck Dance 12" speaker upgrade is EXACTLY what I wanted in sound output. The speakers, stands, and included accessories were packaged and delivered with no blemishes in the finish of the product. If you need LOUD, these speakers deliver at a GREAT value! Throwing an indoor house party? Look no further - these will fill your home with PLENTY of sound. Our community gathers for various events and we needed some clear and quality sound for outdoor movie night. These speakers set up easily and come with a very generous long active/passive connection cord (25'?) wide enough to sit outside of our 24' inflatable movie screen. I was concerned there wouldn't be enough power to fill the outdoor air, but I was mistaken - these exceeded expectations! Music that has pump or punch beats deliver good output, but don't expect to "drop the bass" and chatter teeth with any of the 90's Miami deep bass tracks. BUT, these are LOUDspeakers! If you need to project great loud sound, voice quality audio (from movies), and good overall tonal range for soundtracks of any kind, these work GREAT! If you need deep booming "resonate in your chest and rattle windows bass", you probably should consider adding a dedicated subwoofer or perhaps move up to a 15" loudspeaker. Bluetooth connectivity is solid for playing music - no odd sounds or drops, very minimal white noise. Audio via 1/8" stereo jack-to-L/R RCA worked great as well. The included microphone functioned properly with no negative remarks. The equalizer sliders and volume adjustment controls are smooth with no surprises such as crackles or jumps in volume. VERY satsified and HIGHLY recommend. Great for indoor/outdoor parties, movies, or public speaking engagements, I think Proreck delivers an amazing product and overall value. 4/5 for sound quality because I would have liked a little bit of a deeper bass, but 5/5 overall for the experience and value at this price point.

I ordered these speakers for a party next month. I did the worst thing anyone can do, I started reading negative reviews after it got here and before I opened it. I got stressed out and decided I better do a test run. THESE SPEAKERS ARE AMAZING!No connectivity issues with my Bluetooth. Also, I have an Android (yes, I'm old), but that seemed to be a complaint some had. Lastly, people need to calm down with "The directions aren't clear." Look if you can't handle plugging in 2 cords and connect a device to Bluetooth, just hire a dj.For the rest of you, the sound quality on these is RIDICULOUS! My neighbors are going to hate me for years to come (and I'm okay with that). The stands are sturdy, you can adjust the sound, the lights come on to the rhythm of the music you play. The speakers are a bit heavy but not crazy. The remote comes with batteries and is easy to use. The microphone is STURDY, like thumb an intruder on the head sturdy.I am so happy my daughter found this product for me. I have ZERO regrets. It's worth every penny.

Bought these to use at a grad party for our daughter. We had a BINGO games so the mic was perfect and then did some dancing. Sound quality was really good and I was impressed. DJ quotes for the event were 4x as much. (Which worth it for a wedding, but I wasn't willing to drop that dime on a grad party!) We were able to make a music playlist on our phone, hook it up and it worked so well. Bluetooth connectivity worked well with no issues. Only complaint is the stands take a little work to get them secure. But once up, all was fine. If you were using these for a more dynamic event, I'd probably add some subwoofers for added 'thump'. Now we own we will be the music people at a lot of the parties and save others lots of money as well! Why rent, when you can buy. My husband had them set up with the TV when we were testing them out and worked well for that too ... so these may end up as surround sound for basement TV room. Get these!

Love the sound quality for the price. These speakers have minimum base so you HAVE to have a sub-woofer to push the base. The largest drawback is there are no XLR connections. Using RCA jacks for the input limits you to about 20 feet between the first speaker and the control console. XLR connections allow you to set the sound control panel much further from the stage. The proprietary sound cable between the speakers are nice - but again are about 20 foot long - good for most situations but again - no XLR connections. If you are setting up close to the stage - no issues. If you want the control panel further back into the room - this is not for you.

We bought these for quizzo at my dad’s bar— they are exactly what we needed; nice quality and easy to use!

I'm very happy with the speakers I purchased they sound great I have the party 15 speakers which I also like but the smaller ones are easier for me to lug around for the Bluetooth side of it I have Amazon music subscription which has a built-in equalizer and they sound awesome and also I have Spotify and they have an app equalizer booster which is compatible for Spotify and when using them they sound incredibly great The only downside is you have to really crank it up and the lighting barely works and it's not true stereo sound but other than that for the money well worth it

So, we got these for our wedding, it's in a month, so we decided to plug these bad boys up and hear them, and maaaaaan! These things are so clear and amazing! Loud and reaching a good way. Not bad for the price, came in good condition nothing broke no dents on the delivery box

Speakers work great. Love the bluetooth connectivity. Great product.
