I was sceptical about the product as it had mixed reviews from people on Amazon but it works. I wanted to try the benefits that Ashwagandha offers and bought it on a trial basis. My mother has sleeping issues and we have been searching for a way to help her get better sleep. When I started taking it, I asked my mother to try it too. We both felt a drastic change. My mother sleeps better at night now. I also felt the benefits like a calm mind, better energy levels, better focus etc. Unfortunately for me, I started getting pimples and acne on my face and found out this happens as Ashwagandha changes hormone levels in the body. So I had to stop but my parents are still taking it and it helps them out. Now I am searching for an alternative to Ashwagandha that can give me the same benefits and also be economical in the long run but I have not been able to find anything that meets both the criterias. You have to take 500mg (2 tablets of 250mg) to see a good difference. 250 mg will not show you any noticeable difference immediately. I highly recommend you to try it at least once, as it's not extremely expensive and will help you a lot for general wellness. 5 stars for the product. ♥♥♥♥♥
