It’s a really nice product, I like it so much!

The charge works great. When I put the cellphone, it can charge and detect my iphone to hold it automatically. When I want to take it off, I just put my hand under the sensor. It will untie my phone.

I never liked things hanging from vent, but this was a good solution to wirelessly charge phone while connected through USB to car for Android Auto. Make sure you purchase a QC3.0 charger which supplies 3amp to get the fast charge needed to charge in fast mode. It is more sturdy and more out of the way than I thought it would be. It also has a internal battery to power open/close with car powered off by touching the metal piece at bottom. I'm impressed so far.

I bought this item for my new iPhone XR, the wireless charger saves me an USB wire and makes my car neater. The auto clamping feature works well and I can only use one hand to put on my phone, very convenient and safe.

I am very disappointed. The product has alot of potential but designers seemed more worried about "flash" then actual usability.The mounting to the vents simply is not robust enough. Even without a phone attached, the mount can barely support the weight of the charger bracket. Can't imagine what will happen when actually drive and hit a bump :(.I have a galaxy s9 and like many phones the finger print reader is on the back. Because you can not adjust the bottom - the finger print sensor can not be accessed (covered by the back of the charging plate) - bummer.Finally the idea of the moterized clamping is cool and even seems to have a small battery to open even if car terminates the 12v power when car is turned off.But in reality I prefer the snap idea of iottie. Several times I just wanted to adjust the charger (because falling off the darn vent) - and would interpret my action as wanting to unclamp the phone.Again, alot of flash, alot of potential, but really not useable.I also have the iottie wireless car charger but tried this since vent mounted and thought on hot days if air-condition was on could cool the charger and not over heat. I guess we will find out - it the charger can stay attached to the vent.

UPDATED REVIEW AT THE BOTTOMI only gave it 4 stars because I only had it for two days. It’s pretty straightforward to set up and is durable during the drive. My iPhone XS Max just fits in the cradle but I didn’t think about the inability to use CarPlay since the mount needs to be plugged in. That’s not really a big deal because Bluetooth works fine. It charges well, though I haven’t timed how long it takes, and no need to take off your cover. Having a pop socket on your phone may hinder the charging. The phone does get a little warm but I suspect that’s probably normal with wireless charging. So far I’m very satisfied.UPDATE: After about a week, the mount falls out of my vent at least once a day. There is also a rattle from within the unit that happens regardless of how smooth the road is. It doesn’t charge as rapidly as it did when I plugged directly in to my car and used Car Play, but to be fair, I am using Bluetooth while it’s charging so that’s probably why. Lastly, no matter how tight i make the flex ball, the unit is still very loose - this could be because of the weight of my phone (iPhone XsMax). I could live with most of these faults save for the annoying rattle. That is a deal breaker. I wish I could return it but the original box was tossed by an overzealous offspring whilst cleaning the house.

I initially bought this because the feedback was solid and I thought the price was reasonable but I was even happier when the product arrived. The packs are well-made and are the perfect size to cover my injured shoulder. I didn't try them as a heating pad but I can say that maintained their coldness far longer than any I've ever owned. (Still really icy after 20+ minutes.)The wrap is lightweight and is easier to put on if you have help but after a few tries, I got the hang of it and now do it by myself. (The picture on the cover of the box helps quite a bit.) It also worked great when I needed to put ice on my sore back.The topper is that I got a personal follow-up note from the owner to ensure everything arrived properly and I was satisfied. Small company or not, I found this quite impressive.I liked this product so much that I've given a second set to someone who has chronic aches.

These car mounts/wireless chargers are the best mounts I have used. Love the way the mount arms auto open and close. They hold the phone very securely. The vent mount is strong and locks down the mount and minimizes any shaking or moving while driving.My only negative is that the mount creates a slight static on FM stations. I have experienced this in both an Audi and Toyota. Tried different cigarette / usb adapters, different cords, but the static still remains. Not a deal-breaker, but there is likely some sort of interference from the wireless charger that impacts at least Audi and Toyota FM radios.
