TASTES GREAT and unusually unique, , and rich polyphenol healthy. I love it. Because of the expense, I plan to use this olive use mor of a favor enhancer and health bonus (since it has the high-healthy polyphenols). I do not plan to use it for cooking as I have less expensive other quality Italian cold pressed organic EVDO Olive oil for cooking.

I was really surprised at the flavor of the olive oil. I am used to really blands tasting oils but this was actually good. We added it to everything from salads to steaks. Also taking a spoonful in the morning just for the health benefits.

This olive oil is very high in polyphenol content. It also tastes great, and can be enjoyed on salads or added to hot drinks like coffee, or consumed alone.

Wonderful flavor. Love it alone on my salads as a dressing.

I have been researching healthy eating habits. There is a Dr G on YouTube who advertises all the time. He insisted that taking extra virgin olive oil at night is good for you. Told to watch for the region of origin. Only single source origin. Meaning that it should say where it was produced and shipped from, being the same place for consistency and high quality. I take a swig every night. He also claims it helps with snoring by lubricating the throat. I know that this is working as far as weight loss and good stool habits. But, it has an aftertaste. Like a peppery taste. I am still using it, but I think I will look for another brand to try next.

This is the most delicious olive oil I have ever tasted! It’s so fresh, I can envision it coming directly from the orchard to my home. The aroma and flavor is uniquely smooth and fruity, which is characteristic of its name. This type of olive oil would be perfect to use in foods that showcase its flavor profile: salads, dipping for bread, drizzling on roasted vegetables, taking a dose before bedtime, and a host of other dishes. I haven’t cooked with it yet, preferring the freshness of the oil in its original state. This will be my permanent brand from now on. What a joy!
