I enjoy having this tea hot or cold with honey 🍯 also called "erva doce" sweet herb, or anise tea, it is not sweet actually you'll need to add some sugar to taste sweet, but even unsweetened it's not bitter like black tea. Considered the best soothing tea for newborns according to the South American Indians culture, it is often offered for calming them and hydrates. Just be careful: do not add honey in it if offering to babies. No honey for the babie's first year because of risk of botulism, babies do not have the immunity necessary before one year of age.
