When I first got this, it was sent to me by my sister because I had sciatica so bad I could barely get out of bed. After just one treatment, I was walking around the house in only moderate pain. It has worked on all my pain that is in a place where I can apply a topical treatment. And it works within seconds though you only need a pea sized amount! The one thing about this product that I will say as a word of caution is that you have to find this exact right place to put it in order to treat the pain. For example, if my foot hurts due to a pinched nerve higher up, I have to treat the pinched nerve with the ointment and not my foot. Likewise, I often have knee pain and treating the knee itself won’t provide relief however, I have found that if I put the ointment higher up, near my groin, that the knee pain will go away. And it’s not until I put the cream in that area near my groin that I realize the pain is also up there, where a nerve must be pinched, just like with sciatica. So sometimes it’s a bit of hide-and-seek to find the actual source of the pain. I constantly keep more than one tube around the house and I am often given this product to friends and family because I know how well it works and they usually end up putting it on subscribe and save as well.

I love the minty smell of this. Others that I tried made my eyes water. I’m using this on my right shoulder while waiting for an appointment for injections. Also using it for my right hand. It doesn’t take away all of the pain, but it works better AND smells better than any other one that I have tried. I recommend it!!!

It works very well on my arthritic hands and wrists. My only complaint is that it only lasts for about two hours for me and needs to be reapplied.

Love this. Better than other brands I've tried. Smells soooo much more pleasant and works better than icy hot or biofreeze. Definitely a staple in this house.

Very good cream - it works for me.

I use this at least twice a day. I don’t feel any improvement at all. Both hands still ache especially in between the fingers. I wish a smaller size was available so I wouldn’t waste my money.

Don’t like the price but I guess by the time you spend so much money on other products that don’t relive your pain this one is well worth it. This medicine does take away the pain for a good length of time. The smell is minty but not overwhelming or long lasting. I am enjoying getting relief from my chronic pain from my left knee arthritis, and my chronic back pain. You might want to try Walgreens it’s a few dollars cheaper and I have been lucky enough to find it twice at buy one and get one 1/2 price. I highly recommend this product for anyone with musculoskeletal pain👍🏾

The scent was fine but didn't work as well as Aspercream with Lidocaine on my 89 year old mom which was disappointing. Unfortunately, we bought 2 of them to avoid high shipping cost. She said it didn't relieve her pain as well and left her feeling cold. She has really bad arthritic pain so it may work better on someone with a lower pain level. Worth a try I guess but just didn't work out as well as advertised for her.
