The Smart Cookie Innovative Cookie Cutter and Freezer Container

Our household is on a diet. :( But sometimes you just need a cookie. This has allowed me to make a batch, cook 2 each for my husband and myself and conveniently freeze the rest. Instead of having to strong arm the rest out of a container of dough to indulge next time, we simple take our next 4 out. It's lovely and easy. Great idea.

This shape + store is fantastic. I make a double batch of cookies and freeze half for later. The cookies taste just as good frozen as when they are first baked. This is easy to store in freezer. I thought it would b hard to clean, but it's not hard to clean at all. Washes up fast and easy. I ordered 4 more for Christmas presents.

Really impressed with silicon molds.

These work well , however found the process of putting the dough in even hard. Because it has to be even to be able to put the lid on with no gaps in corners. But love the idea of using them for herbs and broth.

This is soooooo much fun to use! I made my cookie dough, spread some out in this, then froze the cookies and refrigerated the remaining dough. When frozen, I popped them out into a plastic bag, then repeated it with the rest of the dough. When we want cookies, I take out 4 frozen cookies and bake them on a small tray (I usually lower the original baking temp a little and bake a little longer than the original time). This allows my husband and me to enjoy the cookies, but control how many we have available to us (and thus would eat). The silicone layers wash up beautifully in the dishwasher and are ready to go again.

I used this to make little concrete tiles for a project and it worked perfectly! Great product and washed clean even with the concrete mixture.

All was great, the only thing I noticed was the packaging said "Made in Canada". But on here it says proudly made in the USA, which is one of the major reasons I purchased it other than my mama super excited into trying it. Other than that, I have zero complaints (:

Great container for cookie dough, small portions of onions etc. Each chunk makes a fair size cookie and I found it helpful to ensure I have only the one treat a day (one fresh cookie) by making a batch of dough Sunday, filling the container, clipping the lid on and sticking it in the freezer. Did the same with chopped onions and some water and each chunks was ideal for a cooking a small meal.I also got the larger one for burgers and again makes a really nice portion

These are so convenient and incredibly easy to fill! Cookie dough doesn't get completely solid in the freezer and my batches of unbaked frozen cookies would always loose their shape.Now I can make a large batch and take out only one or two cookies whenever I feel like a fresh baked cookie. You don't need to thaw the dough before putting it in the oven. And not that the shape really matters, but as the cookie bakes it becomes fairly round, even though the mold isn't.

The Smart Cookie works as described. I made a batch of cookie dough. Put most of it in my Smart Cookie so I had only a small batch of cookies right away. It was great, no gorging on too many cookies! A few days later I felt that I deserved a cookie. Took a few out of the Smart Cookie and baked them in the toaster oven. Worked like a charm. Warm fresh cookies a couple days after doing all the grunt work... and more cookies still in the freezer. Great product.

I saw this on Dragon's Den and decided to give it a try, as I always freeze half the batch when I make cookie dough. Usually I just scoop the extra dough into balls and place them on a plate to freeze, then take them off the plate and store them in a freezer bag.It works as quickly and easily as it looks, and it's very easy to store in the freezer since it doesn't have to lie perfectly flat. You can even store it on its side if freezer space is limited. It eliminates the step of having to remove the frozen dough and store it in a bag. Two of the "cells" will produce a half-cookie.I can't give it 5 stars because it makes cookies that are thinner than my usual ones. I may be able to adjust the baking time for this, but so far the cookies turn out more crisp than we like, in fact my husband thought they tasted slightly burnt.I'll continue to use this product for cookies that I want to be thin and crisp, but for chewy cookies like chocolate chip or oatmeal, I will go back to freezing the dough in ball shapes instead of in this tray.
