after a few uses, the gel beads break making it very stiff after freezing, now we just keep it on the fridge. I have a big nose and this creates a space between the mask and my face, making the mask visible while wearing it, can't use it to watch TV comfortably. I had to switch to a bigger and normal rectangle gel ice pack that I can move around head instead of this one, since this didn't cover much. Its better for small heads.

I got it for my 8/9 year old who gets chronic styes. The pediatric ophthalmologist says to put warm gel packs on his eyelids. I tried this so he could still see and read or something while not having to hold it on his eye. Even tho he has big hair, this was too big.

I’m definitely pleasantly surprised at how the does actually work in relieving your headaches. And even if you don’t have a headache, it just feels nice and soothing. Refreshing. My only problem is my product came with a permanent wrinkle on it that doesn’t allow the beads to go all the way around. That, and the under eye part doesn’t actually touch the skin where it comes down from the bridge of your nose. But it’s ok, because it’s mostly the top portion where it touches your forehead that gives the most relief. Anyway, it’s an over all good product and it works.

This was a good deal but it's too short for adults

This product is great...cooled in refrigerator and applied for headaches. I keep in cooling and ready for sinus headaches and the god awful headache I got for 24 hrs after covid vaccine! The eye holes are a plus. So many mask don't have them, plus an adjustable strap.

Not enough gel beads to fill mask.

The fact that this a hard plastic, makes wearing uncomfortable and kind of pointless.It doesn't sit on your face correctly and the plastic will cut into your nose.Still makes for a decent cold pack I guess. Honestly everything I buy on Amazon seems to be some cheap knock off.Where does this stuff come from? unreal

It reliefs the headache instantly. I constantly suffered with migraine for 10 days and I was really in need of something to reduce my pain. Thank god that I found this and I don’t need to use medicines anymore.
