One word, weight gain…. And I have high metabolism. I didn’t know I had to HAD to follow some special workout AND diet regiment? I just wanted good coffee that would make me alert and clear headed, to be clear it does what’s supposed to BUT, anything with weight gain is like NO THANK YOU VERY LITTLE. Most people drinking this coffee do not realize if you don’t follow the required regiment they WILL have weight gain. Now if they put a label on the front like “ WARNING THIS PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE WEIGHT-GAIN UNLESS YOU FOLLOW OUR DIRECTIONS” I would NEVER have even tried this product. It’s like next to impossible for me to gain weight. I’m very very lean and I STILL gained like 5-10 LBS. over a two months of using this product! That is a FAIL. It’s is expensive weight gain coffee that if failing to disclose these serious side affects! Someone with diabetes or slow thyroid cannot use this product, that’s how serious I am. I’m not a doctor, I don’t need to be to tell you what happened to me. If you’re looking to gain FAT weight, Then this product is for you. If you follow their recommended diet plan and exercise plan then the product will work great. But you know what? a 20 Cent cup of coffee with MCT oil will do the same thing and NOT give you weight gain….I’m pretty angry about this product, Especially since they market it is a weight loss coffee.

This brand is very good. The "Mentalist" is by far the best tasting coffee. Its difference is subtle, but you can tell the difference. The most important thing about this coffee is that it is MOLD free. Yes, MOLD. Until recently I was unaware that almost all coffee has mold of some degree in it, and it upsets my delicate digestive system. Research it, you will find it to be true then try this coffee, you will never change back.
