I read the reviews AFTER I bought this. I considered cancelling, but decided to try it anyway. SUPER glad I did. While I do not give specific items 5 stars, I give the product itself 5 stars because it exceeded expectations- it is what it is- a $50 outhouse for a cat. It is not made of the best materials, the instructions leave a bit to be desired, but I took that into consideration when buying and after seeing the reviews. It was easy enough to put together alone with a glass (or 3) of wine. An electric drill should be used. Attaching the bottom "trim" was difficult because there are no predrilled holes to attach and the provided screws were too short. I would suggest having wood glue for the dowels and a few extra screws just in case. I did not have any issues with my litter box fitting inside but did see where there was some "kick up" in the box, thus the box top under the litter box.All in all, its more than adequate. It's cute and the cat uses it. Thats all I was looking for.

I've been shopping for a cat litter enclosure for months now. This one was one of the most reasonably priced I could find, and it looks exactly like the picture.It took me about 45 minutes to put together, but I'm not very good at this sort of thing. Someone with better spatial skills could probably do it in 20 minutes. It will feel very wobbly and unsturdy until you put in the anchor screws (part G) at the end.Make sure to put in the door before you attach the top (part 6). Otherwise you will have to remove one of the hinge pieces from the door to get it on, and then re-attach.It doesn't have a strong odor out of the box like some furniture. It fits your average litter box, and it weighs less than 20 pounds, so it is easily moved.I would like a bigger one for my jumbo litter box for my bigger cat, so if they make one, I'll buy it.I would highly recommend.

The only reason this is getting a 4 out 5 stars is because I cannot find a single adult size litter box to fit in this. I ordered the one that was most recommended to be purchased together and it was still took big to where the door would not shut.

I’m so glad I got this! It looks so nice as a side table, I like that the door is a magnetic closure vs a latch, each piece was wrapped nicely and none were damaged, and assembly took no time at all. It fits my large litter box just fine. It functions well as a piece to hide the ugly litterbox but also as a side table. Not sure if it really hides the smell too much overall but idc. I love it.

I bought both the black and white cabinets for litter boxes. The black one has given me no issues and works fine. The white one, however, fits our litter box more snug than the black one and the hardware on the door already ripped off a chunk of the wood after just two weeks of use. I tried to fix it with some glue and new holes for the screws, but the door won't close at all now and it's now useless. I hope to get either a replacement door or a whole new cabinet.

The parts didn’t fit together properly, it’s not sturdy. Not a good product in my opinion

I was scared to order because some of the reviews, but I guess they were wrong or got a different or bad productMine came very well packaged and in great condition . Nice black color with room to put stuff on top. . It was easy to assemble in like 15 minutes because I had my friend, a handyman do it. Hahaha. I don't know about plastic screws that some are talking about, they are normal ones used for products like thisI bought it because I have a cat who is almost 16 and has hyperthyroidism . He has been going into cabinets to sleep, so I thought I would put his bed in here. HE LOVES IT! I think it was a good buy for the cheaper price and I got free shipping, which is why I chose this one.I don't plan on using it for a litter box holder, so I can't comment on that.So, far, I am pretty happy. Will do another review if anything changes.So, glad my cat Blue loves it and will sleep in there. Anything to make his life better.

I bought this for my free roam bunny, because I got sick of looking at his litter box and having hay all over the place. I honestly don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. It was as easy to assemble as any furniture, and I actually found it to be very nice quality, especially for the price. You really can’t tell that it’s particle board unlike some other furniture that I have. It went together just fine, I assembled it myself in under an hour. It’s the perfect size for my rabbit’s litter box because I actually paid attention to the dimensions. If you are interested, the litter box is the smaller one from Target. My bunny didn’t want to go in it at first so I just left the door open for a bit and he eventually realized it wasn’t going to eat him alive. Once he shows consistency with using it, I’ll move it to the location where I actually want it. Right now it’s in the hidden corner where his litter box has been for a while, but the whole reason I bought this is so that I don’t have to hide it away in the corner anymore. I am really looking forward to that! The piece is perfectly sturdy and has little rubber feet to protect the floor. The door swings open easily but is held securely by the magnet. I didn’t add the knob because I want to get one that matches my decor better. Overall this is an excellent purchase, and I got it on sale for much cheaper than similar items.

This is the perfect way to keep things clean while looking nice. The instructions were a little hard to understand at first but went together with no issues.

Very nice kitty litter for being in the main part of my house. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that a few pieces came with dings in them. The kitty litter house itself is perfect and great size for my medium sized cat.

As one person put it - it's a box. I don't expect it to do jumping jacks or back flips. I also will note I am sorry for people who didn't get as lucky as I did, as my product seems to be just fine. There's maybe some scuffs on one side, but it was on the inside so it doesn't bother me at all. As a side note, my only inconvenience when putting it together was me taking awhile to find my own screwdriver. It comes with all the nails, but yes you will need to have a screwdriver or better yet a drill on hand (which I should've figured.) As far as assembly, if you're used to ikea furniture you should be A-okay. It's not complicated, and they even labelled each side of it with numbers. As well as your nails/screws. Again, I don't usually take the time to write a review but I wanted someone to see that there was a positive experience with this. Maybe it was luck, but as said, I have no complaints.

It is fairly easy to assemble. They even send you a few extra pieces (like screws) so don't worry, it's not like Ikea when you wonder... why do i have an extra piece.. what did i miss.this looks nice but a few things to know1. the larger litter boxes don't fit inside. not because of the height but because the door depth isn't deep enough so only takes smaller boxes2. my backpiece didn't fit perfectly but by the time i put the lid on, it's holding together3. half my wood pegs were too small for the holes so they slipped right through but because there are these metal gadgets, it holds all pieces together4. the idea of this is nice. Value is ok.. i would not purchase ones that are more expensive. not worth it

It’s easy to build, sturdy as hell I even put a heavy portable AC on it for a whole night and it was fineDown side is you can’t have a very deep litter box in there so had to run to the dollar store to get a more shallow one otherwise my fat cat couldn’t fit into it
