This is a great, quality product. Dissolves quickly and tastes really good-the peach mango! Only negative is I’ve had to take alternates twice (so far) with my subscription. Otherwise, positive results in regard to my complexion and overall health and energy! Recommend!

I purchased this collagen protein because I am looking for ways to fight inflammation and promote joint health (creaky knees). Also, this has a good rating on fakespot, so I felt confident the reviews were sound. 1. People complain about the jar being ½ empty. I don’t know why the manufacturer chose to use a tub as big as it is, but it certainly contains the 40 scoops/servings it claims. Mine did have a safety seal, so if yours doesn’t – send it back. 2. There is a statement on the tub saying it is odorless, tasteless, and mixes instantly. Hmmm a. Odorless. No. While not strong or offensive, there is a distinctive smell. I’m average sensitive to unique orders and for me it is very manageable. b. Tasteless. No. The taste is stronger than the smell, and very related. It isn’t great, and I am above average sensitive to unique tastes. It is manageable, but not my favorite thing. c. Mixes Instantly. Not in the ways I have been taking it. I have only used cold to room temperature beverages and it can be lumpy sometimes. My strategy is to mix it into 4-5 ounces of cold tea/juice and power slam it. This is a supplement, not a snack. Perhaps in a hot beverage or swirled up in a smoothie it would reduce taste and texture. 3. Results to date (1/2 through one tub): I’m doing so much for my joints, but I am experiencing improvements. I can’t confidently say this supplement is or isn’t contributing. However, here’s why I think it is: unanticipated positive results. a. My lips are noticeably fuller. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed very fine lines and a thinning of my lips (which had historically be very full). The lines have smoothed quite a bit, and there is a fullness to my lips. b. My fingernails are also becoming smooth. I have terrible nails that I do not take care of except for very special occasions. In my defense, no matter what I’ve tried in the past has done nothing for the “health” of my nail or nailbed. My cuticles are still a mess, but the ridges and texture of my nails are changing for the better. c. My hair is volume has increased. I’ve always had a mop of hair, a genetic gift/curse from both sides of my family. Again, as the process of aging occurs, my hair volume has decreased. I’ve noticed my part being a little more visible over the years. Recently my hairdresser asked me what I was putting on my hair, because the volume seems back to “a decade ago” (yup, I’ve had the same stylist for 15 years). I said “nothing… oh wait…”. I can only conclude it is the collagen. Based on my initial experience, I will definitely order another tub. If my experience takes a turn for the worse, I will update this review. If not, I will continue supplementing with this brand of collagen. Last words: Drink. Plenty. Of. Water. Can’t stress that enough. You’ll be sorry if you don’t. I already had, but my friend who started at the same time didn’t, and she had gastric distress that was improved by increasing her water intake.

I’m a man. I didn’t realize this was specific for women but oh well. I started using it after I tore a tendon in my shoulder playing volleyball. after about two or three weeks I just noticed that my nails were longer and looking better than they ever have that I can remember, as far as my hair, I don’t know. my joints seem to feel a lot better. My shoulders seem to heal quicker although I was using other supplements for that as well, but the taste is great. I love the chocolate mixes quick. I think I’m on my third or fourth tub I will continue using this. I think it works great even though it’s for women.

I've been using this for several months now. I don't know if my skin looks smoother or anything, but I believe it is firmer. I've lost a lot of weight and have a little extra skin, so this seems like it is helping with tightening my skin as I continue losing weight. I've also been taking it for my joints and I do think it helps. I hurt my knee sliding down a ladder and landed flat on my feet, but felt pressure in my knee. I guess I bruised the intercostal fluid sac or something. This seems be helping.

I bought this because my other collegen supplement went viral on tictok and sold out with a long waiting period. Thanks tictok...anyway..I've been using this for a couple of weeks and don't hate it. It is flavorless and blends easily in warm liquids. I drink it in my coffee. It seems to be good quality. I haven't noticed a difference in my energy level or joint pain relief so it must be as good or better then the one I was using. I think it's a decent price for the amount you get. I like that it comes in a decent sized canister which is filled-instead of a massive bag or canister.

I ordered this Collegen powder as a subscription without realizing that it only had 7 grams of protein. My goal is to get more protein in my diet. It turned out that 7 grams is just perfect. I have been tracking calories and I definitely get more than enough protein just from regular consumption of high protein foods. This powder is smooth and not gritty. It didn't bother my stomach at all. I ordered the non flavored powder and does have a sweet taste. If you normally drink black coffee, like I do, then add a little sweetener and some flavored cream. I add Stevia and a splash on no sugar mocha creamer. With that, I can't taste the powder at all. If you want to stregthen your hair and nails, for the cost and the amount of servings, its a good buy. If you are looking to boost your protein significantly, this powder may not be what you want.

I researched collagen supplements pretty thoroughly and determined the 5 collagen provided in these supplements was the way I wanted to go. My joints feel better, my skin is glowing and my naturally wavy hair is smoother and healthy. Even my nails have improved.

I throw a scoop in the coffee pot before the coffee starts to brew and there are no lumps, dissolves very well, no taste, does not affect the coffee flavour plus I see a difference in my nails, skin and hair, my hair is thicker and growing fast now, wow! My joints feel better as well. Have to use consistently to see results and I will, already have the next container in my shopping cart, I highly recommend

Easy to swallow but when I went to order more there was none available so I had to choose another product.

The flavour is delicious, it really taste great. It mixes well with water but I add it to my fruit smoothies or anything cold. I experience sever back pain and the first time I tried it, the back pain went away but I did not associate the pain relief with this product until I tried it again and intentionally focused on it to see if it really did relieve my back pain and sure enough it did. So I have been consciously using this product for pain relief also. I sleep better, my digestion is better, I am more energetic and my skin health has improved. I have also recommended it to friends and family.
