I like these templates... these do NOT feel "flimsy" or fragile at all.Nice sizes... To give you idea of size scale: the smallest hexagon's inside edge of "frame" & core shape is 3/4" (2 centimeter). Largest hexagon inside of "frame" & edge of core shape is 1 1/4" (3 centimeter).I have already used the small hexagon for a project & the pieces fit together perfectly.Great for quilters who like English paper piecing, fussy cutting, scrap patchwork, etc. More for Hand tracing/cutting, marking with pencil... or VERY careful use of small rotary cutter due to the small sizes.For me this is a very useful set at value price, for quilters who want more traditional size Apple Core, Drunkards Path, Hexagons, pyramid etc. That are well cut.As for customer service: I ordered 2 sets in the order. One set was missing a piece & had extra of another. Contacted customer service through Amazon. They responded, were polite & attentive. After sending requested photo to indicate what was missing, the company's customer service made clear how long it would take to send replacement piece (Weeks). With patience to let them do what they needed to, the package arrived today & they went far above & beyond what I expected. Thank you!

The templates are fine and will be useful - but, I won't be able to use them together since they're odd sizes. Can only be used singly. Hoping to do EPP blocks with more than one shape in each block, not possible with these.

These acrylic templates are a bit flimsy. Because they were all tossed into 1 zip lock bag and then put in a very flimsy bubble wrap plastic bag, many of the templates arrived broken and in pieces. I would not purchase this product again.

I will actually be using these with clay, rather than fabric. They seem well made and the edges are clean. I'm thinking about getting a second set to use with my Journaling supplies.

I wanted small templates that could be used as templates in a journal. These are the right size. The only issue I had with them was the length of time it took to remove the glued on paper backing/fronting on each item. It took an hour and a half to remove all the sticky paper. (Tried both dry and soaking, still took way too long.)

Several of the outline pieces were broken in shipping. They were too fragile to be sent in a soft envelope. They needed to be in a rigid box.... the inner solid pieces were great!

I knew they were tiny, so not an issue, but some were miscut making those particular ones useless.

I like them, I am not sure they will ultimately be as durable as plastic but honestly the selection, and precise cuts mean they are super useful. I quilt and use EPP and so these were a great buy for me. I highly recommend

These are so small and tiny they are not usable at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointing

The majority of these shapes are far too small for quilting...only 11 of 54 are remotely close to an appropriate size. Very disappointing.

I have not used them yet. It will be for finishing a quilt. Not done yet. Will be helpful.
