Vegeta, Gourmet Seasoning and Soup Mix, 500g can

Reminds me of Croatia. Great for soups and everyday seasoning.

As always, the best all-purpose seasoning there is! I grew up with this in Croatia and if I don't have it in my pantry, it's a problem! Great that I can buy it on Amazon. Those that know, know how good this is and is a staple in my kitchen.

This vegan powder that resembles bouillon powder is widely used across Eastern Europe as a flavor enhancer for soups, stews, sauces, etc. If your dish needs an umami boost Vegeta will likely do the trick! I find it quite powerful and a surprisingly small amount goes a long way, so until you get familiar with it start small (like a half teaspoonful) and keep adding until you’re happy with the results. Too much of any umami enhancer can taste “off” and artificial, but a little can give an otherwise dull dish a surprising improvement. I add it to lots of foods, like mushroom-barley soup, and grits (of all things). It definitely helps stews and goulashes. Experiment, and find good uses for Vegeta yourself.

A friend of mine recommended this product to me to enhance the flavor of soups, stews and so on. I've now become hooked on it and highly recommend it.

Love this product if you want your food to taste even better than it does use it please I've been using it for years and years a very long time with the MSG without the MSG. It's not as good it's OK but I've been using it for over 40 years with the MSG And I have no problems. I love this product and I'll use it as long as I can.
