Healthy gums and teeth

Not a Tooth Brushing Powder Really
We do not use this to brush out teeth like toothpaste or powder. My husband and I use this for upkeep to keep our gums healthy. I personally put toothpaste on my brush and then dip my brush in the powder. I then brush it up on my gums and let it stay in place for as long as I can stand it. Usually 10 or 15 minutes then I spit and finish brushing my teeth with my toothbrush and rinse my mouth well. If I am having issues with a tooth/gum bothering me I will concentrate on just that area 2 times a day for 4 or 5 days in a row and it heals it.
