what size is LG / G / G inside the sirt , i want to order but not clear

My husband is a 34 waist. What size would you recommend please?

I'm a 32 and the medium fits nicely without being too tight, so I'd say go for the Large.

What size should I buy for 30inch waist?

If you want a snug fit go for small. I where medium for 31+ waist as I do not like a tight fit but supportive.
