Delicious and perfectly seasoned, these crunchy flatbread crackers are perfect by themselves or with fresh butter or cream cheese. They hold up under the weight of lox and capers as well as to something like prosciutto and brie. Our favorite cracker.

Firehouse crackers are my favorite cracker. I purchased the Rosemary and salt crackers. Very crisp and excellent addition to a Charcuterie. I usually purchase these at my market where I can check the container for broken crackers which there are also some. Shipping them however, really had more broken than whole. The taste is just as good and I break them anyway while eating. There is also a garlic variety that is my favorite. Broken or not, I will buy again.

These are probably the worst crackers I’ve ever had. They are very hard and very bland.

Perfect blend of sea salt and rosemary to add with olives and cheese. Very good texture and flavor.

I love this crackers and normally don’t have any issues. But this last time they shipped them in a bag i stead of a box… needless to say there were crumbs everywhere in the bag and most of my crackers were broken. Quite sad when buying a $10 package of crackers!

Great cracker for different cheeses or on its own. Very crunchy and delicious.
