Q: are your pills all slimey? it seems as if it was stored in a very hot place and the pills broke down. Has anyone else have this problem?

I had ordered before and they came the way they should, but my last order broke down and melted together. Heat I'm sure. Unfortunately I did not open until I needed them and it was a day or two after the return date. So I had no recourse. I found them in a store that has a nice vitamin dept. and bought there. I do believe they help. are helping, but will hesitate to order again. I was soooo disappointed.

I had been ordering through Amazon for quite a while. But then my last order was defective. It was not returnable because if was from a 3rd party. Fortunately, I called the local store in Green Bay, WI and learned that the 3rd party people may not store the product properly, thereby affecting the product. I have not decided to order directly from Terry Naturally.
