Very nice product. Very soft, helps in pain relief of heel. However, the product is liable to tear due to soft nature of silicone gel like material. Hence will not last long. So other than longevity, it is useful and good.

The product looked and felt good during the use. However, it torn away for the joint after one day of use, not at all recommended as I wasted my moneyon this product, it's of no use right now.. Hope Amazon will refund the money..

Useful but not a quality

The product is good. Gives relief too. But made my skin itch. Looks like I'm allergic. May have to wear above socks now.

After reading all the reviews just wanted to try this for heel cracks. It's really working on my heels. After the use of 1hr I could feel the softness. It's quite comfortable to use while resting.. very soft material. I need more time to review on pain relief anyways.

Definitely soft, but not at all comfortable and durable. I ordered for my mother and after two weeks it's tear from side .

Totally bad product. Received the product today morning but by afternoon one of the two heel pad had snapped into two and cannot be fixed. Just have to throw it. Total waste of money! Cannot give even a single star.
