I’ve used this for years. It has a fruity kind of taste, which I think is fine and it’s a very soft magnesium. I believe it to be absorbed well and the dosage does not give diarrhea or any kind of Gastro upset. The only thing I wish was is that it lasted longer because the bottle is quite large, which is good but for one person it goes bad generally before I can finish it, but it’s good stuff and my whole family has taken it

I use this product for my special needs daughter. She has severe gastrointestinal issues. As a result she is often constipated. Floradix is the only product I have found that keeps her regular. I love this product because it is natural and does not clog her gtube. I prefer this product over the years of medications and myriad of pharmaceutical products she once had to take to stimulate her gut. I use this along with olive oil in her diet now as part of nemecheck protocol. Her gut health has improved dramatically, and Floradix will always be a staple in our home.

Ordered several times, love the product, but took a star away because it is expensive. Yes, I would recommend.

The best form of talking magnesium. I love it! Only downside is price and size, I get the larger bottles because I take more than suggested use as recommended by my dr. And it only last a few weeks 😩. Highly recommended.

I have hypertension, and this product made me feel like I was having a stroke. It contains bitter orange, which is a sister to ephedra, which is banned because it raises the heart rate and affects the nervous system. If you google supplements that raise blood pressure, bitter orange shows up first. It says that bitter orange can cause stroke or heart attack in people with high blood pressure.It doesn’t happen to all high blood pressure patients, but I wish that the government would require companies like this to put a warning on there. I took this, and then later took an antacid. I woke up the next morning thinking I was having a stroke. My pressure was sky high. I kept googling until I found the problem.I rely on reviews when I buy supplements. This product may be great for many consumers, but I hope that my review helps anyone who suffers from high blood pressure to make an informed decision.
