It worked great. The lock and hinges fit perfectly.

It looked convenient and fool proof. Boy was i wrong. The striker hinge jig shattered on the first swing. You have a metal blade housed in a plastic frame that you’re supposed to tap to set your marks for the hinges. Another chinese made POS. Don’t waste your money or time on this

3 1/2 stars. This thing works. That's it. Since it's made of unreinforced ABS it has quite a bit of flex but works. And since the guide hole for the large holesaw is ABS the saw will invariably wear off a bit of the guide hole ID each time you use it. I found this can be minimized by backing off the drill bit so the saw can go deeper into the guide hole before starting the cut. The chisels for the strikes and latch are only good for square cornered strikes and latches. If you have rounded type you'll need different chisels. This will probably last a homeowner a lifetime though.

the tabs on the door latch cutter broke off right away. without the tabs its pretty much useless. cheap pot metal

I bought this to install an outside gate. It worked great. I needed a small chisel and hammer as well. Great buy for the price.

The mandrill for the plunger was offset and wobbled so bad I could mot use it. Also the hinge template was too small and didn’t work.Don’t know why I gave 2 stars. Should be 0.
