Q: are directions included? I.E. how much to add, do i cover my whole scalp or just a few drops in the middle, etc. How long does this bottle last?

One dropper full which is the recommended dose will cover most of the scalp. Directions are included and the bottle lasted a month.

Q: How do you apply two drops on your entire scalp

I didn’t use 2 drops…I used at least a dropper full to cover my entire scalp…so 2 drops doesn’t apply to us

Q: Can you use this product to prevent hair loss?

I can’t think of a reason not to. I bought this for my husband who has a little thinning on top and he is seeing good results with it.

Q: Is there a difference between the nutram and the dht blocker pills? should i use both or one or the other?

I take both. The pills slowed fall out over the couple years I've taken them but this actually started visible regrowth.
