Customer Service Is The Worst
I ordered this for our bakery and received it a couple weeks before Christmas. The instructions weren't very clear on how to set it and keep it set so I called the number in the manual . . . several times. All I got was voicemail that sounded like the woman was working out of her garage.I left several messages, but never received a call back. Thankfully, one of my customers came in that night and he played with it for awhile and between the two of us and an hour later, we finally got it to work. I still have questions, but it's not worth it to waste my time with voicemails that never are returned. This oven is loud and quite pricey at almost $2,000. So, with virtually no customer support, I don't recommend it. Look around for another brand that cares about their customers and their products.

Better than the Bosch in our kitchen
It’s compact enough to fit on the counter, yet still able to accommodate 3 half sheet pans at a time with approximately 3” clearance on each shelf. It’s extremely well insulated. Except the oven top and vents, it stays cool to the touch. I only wish I owned it sooner!!It can record up to 99 presets. I’ve created several for different size cakes, various flavor cupcakes, cookies, etc. Each program has a separate configuration for preheat plus 3 consecutive times/temps.It bakes up perfect French method macarons! And I can bake 3 pans at a time. Unless my oven had a specific multi-rack setting, macarons were limited to one tray at a time. The convection fan is strong but it’s also not adjustable so baking on parchment paper is a no go unless you’re ok with the paper flying up. It’s ok; I use silicone mats anyways.Oh it is loud. I have to turn my tv up from 14-28 when the oven is on. But it’s worth it for the power. Speaking of… this was the most powerful oven from Unox/Cadco that ran on a 120 outlet.

Bakes great.
This is a great countertop oven. I don’t have 220v in my house so I had to get the 110v model. It takes a little longer to preheat, but when it’s ready it does a great job. It is very loud when cooking, but I can deal with that.

Slow and overpriced
Really loud, really slow, really heavy, really expensive. The fan is waaaay too strong for the chamber size. I wouldnt buy this for $500.
