Q: are they individually wrapped?

No. And bathing with these loofahs is like rubbing your body with a brick. Don’t buy them - they never soften up.

Q: How long do i leave it soaking before use??

I just run it under water for a few seconds and then add some liquid body wash directly onto it. I guess if you wanted it softer you could maybe leave it soaking for a bit, not sure if that will reduce the exfoliating effect though.

Q: Is this big enough to wash whole body?

You can wash your own body but it’s not much bigger than a hand. You wear it as a glove and it just covers your hand. Difficult to scrub your back because it’s not big enough to hold with both hands behind your back.
