I love the overall quality of this honey. Good packaging. It has a lovely texture. The sweetness is perfect and it’s not too runny. It is delicious and luxuriously guilt free treat. I am taking this first thing in the morning before breakfast. I can’t tell any health benefits of it yet, but if I notice anything, I surely let everyone know. The Best to shift a cough !
I bought this high MGO honey to combat a persistent tickly cough that followed a sore throat.It’s absolutely delicious. Beautiful taste and consistency. I bought the 500g and shared with my daughter & family to boost immunity.I have recently developed asthma in the last few years, and the coughing was dry, tickly and mostly troubled me in cold weather and at night. I live in London.After just a week of adding it to my coffee / having it on toast / or just a plain teaspoon of it (it really is delicious) I just realised that I’m no longer having coughing fits & Sore throat gone.Lozenges / salt water gargling wasn’t shifting it. But this honey did !!I recommend 100%. And I have never paid this much for honey in my life. But it’s truly worth it for the health benefits.I also give it to my 4yo granddaughter
