The color is perfect. It makes your teeth look so white! It truly is long lasting--longer than any other lipstick I've ever tried. It does dry your lips out a little, but you can add a touch of lip gloss if you want, after it dries. I love how it comes with a tiny brush for super exact application. That helps a lot, because once it dries it will be on there all day so you want it to go on properly the first time.

Love this shade of red! Would and will buy this lipstick again for this shade of red. Sexy. Love the packaging. I believe this product is cruelty-free which is extremely important to me.It is not as drying to the lips as some liquid mattes. To me, mattes aren't "moisturizing"; therefore only three star rating. The depth of color can be adjusted by your method of application. I did not buy this product for its sheerness; I purchased it for depth of color; which it definitely delivers. Why did I only give it three stars? It doesn't have the staying power on the lips as another brand I use and the other brand is less expensive. If I hadn't tried the other brand first, then I probably would have given this brand five stars since I had just transitioned from using regular lipstick.What I will say is this brand is not as drying to the lips as my go to brand. However, I eliminate the drying problem by using a coat or two of Blistex or a lip balm underneath the liquid matte lipstick. When I'm going out I place this directly on my lips. Yes, this is the way to wear it. Note that liquid mattes don't adhere to the lips as well as they do when applied directly to the lips. Will definitely purchase this product again.

It's a true black. I only needed one coat. Very easy to apply with the given wand.It is very drying. But it's a matte lipstick, so what would you expect..? If you want it to last the longest it can, it recommends you do not moisturizerize before applying it; make sure your lips are completely dry.I ate a Reece's while wearing it, and the oil from that, wiped some off my lip but I don't think a little touch up would be an issue. But I don't think it likes food.I never wore it too long, due to masks and I'd rather not risk the lipstick wiping off onto my mask. So I could not rate that part.Clean up was very easy for me. I used a non-oil based (although I swear is oilier than oil itself lol) make-up remover, and it came right off. Water itself didn't really do much, not until the make-up remover had been used first, at least.Overall I love it! Would buy again, when I run out.

This brand has some really beautiful colors to choose from. The forbidden (forrest) green was my first purchase... [I intend to buy a variety of their colors]. The application goes on wet, but dries instantaneously; you can feel it drying on your lips/skin. It doesn't wipe off easily; it stains the lips. So if you make a mistake when applying, I suggest a alcohol wipe to clean it up. The application stick makes it extremely easy to apply to achieve a professional look. It lasts all day; doesn't smudge easily or at all to my recollection. I wouldn't necessarily say it feels thick on however, you feel how dry it is on your lips. But in all fairness, that dry feeling doesn't reflect in its appearance wearing it. This rich, bold green turned heads in my direction the whole day I wore it, garnering a plethora of compliments.

I bought this for as a professional actor for a 1930’s character. The color is perfect with a blue red that doesn’t make teeth look yellow. I’ve tried a ton of products and this by far is the most lasting lipstick I’ve ever used. Color is as pictured. Goes on with precision with the included application brushes. I don’t use a liner because it is that easy to get a precise line. I’m ordering in a second shade for an upcoming show run. It doesn’t transfer when I have to kiss my scene partner or during quick costume changes. Totally unheard of! No second application is needed the entire evening of singing, dancing and sweating. I’ve worn it for 8 hours and it looks freshly applied. You want to insure your lips are well moisturized before you apply it. This is the 11’th lipstick I tried for this character and instantly knew it was perfect. If you want a deep true red vintage look. This is the only thing you want. Just wish it came in more colors!

So I got this today and I was very excited to try it. I don't usually do colors outside of plum and darker reds or browns, but this color was gorgeous.The first think I noticed was that it was bluer than I saw on the photo. I know touch ups are a thing, but it was a shade off. Nevertheless, I said let me try it anyway.Putting it on was smooth, but very sheer. You don't get full coverage on one application, at all. If you have fuller lips like mine, that's annoying to have to go back over. Still, I followed the directions and put one coat on...And then I pressed my lips together and messed it up.The instructions say not to press your lips together for at least sixty seconds. It's like paint drying. You touch it before it's dry and there are going to be patches.I touched it up, waited, applied another coat and it was gorgeous...but the down side was taking longer than a minute to make sure it was flawless. And you HAVE TO WEAR MOISTURIZER. This stuff dries quick and if you have fine lines in your lips YOU WILL SEE THEM.The rhinestones were loose in the box. Not a fan of that because I shake things out the box and I barely kept that from going everywhere.For the amount of money I spent, I was hoping for less time more product...and while I love the color, the application process was a little too long. Don't get me wrong, it LASTS a long time and I had to use my oil based makeup remover to get it off, and the color is amazing... I'm just not impressed with the application.
