Calamansi extract

First bottle arrived shattered but I ordered a second bottle that arrived in tact. I use this to make bistek tagalog and it comes out perfect every time. It is a little pricey for the size though.

Cap moldy on the inside

I unwrapped and opened the cap and it was black and moldy. The seal covering the cap and top of the bottle seemed ok so why the mold? The foil seal came off easily too but the mold was the worst. It completely blocked the spout. Extremely gross.

I love using Calamansi juice in some of my recipes and sauces, but I cannot get the fruits where I live. I am happy to have the extract. A little costly, but worth it!
