Hello my daughter is 6 years old I live in venezuela but I want to be sure if size 12 is appropriate for her

Q: this size chart is very confusing; how does one know the difference between boys and mens sizes

Don’t pay attention to the chart. Skates will say youth or boys for the child & for adult it will be men. Then choose from size option.

Q: I'm confused about sizing. My 7 year old wears an 11. What size should I get her?

I just purchased two pair for my 7 year old twin girls. Size 1 and 2, They run very small to size. I wouldn't buy anything under a one because she will outgrow them with little use. I am very satisfied with the skates. My girls wear 13 and 1 in regular shoes, so A 1 should be ok for your 7 year old.

Q: Can the wheels be tightened to slow the skates down

No not at all. I tightened all the way but no change. Took the wheels off and refitted but nothing happened, they stayed loose .. too lose.
