My now just turned 13 son started taking Tall Star on June 2020. I didn't want to have to remind him taking 2 a day as prescribed, reminding is a hassle for me, and my son is not so keen on supplements in general, so currently he takes 1 a day, when he sometimes forgot, reminding once a day is still manageable for me and also gentler on the budget. He skipped some days when he has exams or have other important things to focus and completely forgot.
