Beautiful Paper
It was a bit of a splurge but I wanted to give this paper a try. I haven't used it yet but the paper is gorgeous and it will be there when I find the time and right subject!

Heavy tooth
Quality paper, heavy with excellent tooth. Would not use with pan pastel but really grabs good quality soft pastels.

Product is all good except it identifies as 12” wide sheets but measures only 11.5” wide.

Good paper but tricky
Good paper but tricky. Some of the particles in the paper unbinded andin that particular spots the pastel didn't upholded.Very useful for landscapes or still lifes, notso for portraiture.

Best Paper for Pastels
I really like this paper for pastel art work - FAR superior to Canson papers. It is expensive though! Usually have to order on line as not many art stores stock it.

This paper sucks and is way overpriced
I was highly disappointed with this paper since I held very high expectations for its ridiculous price point. Of course, with soft pastel, everyone has their preferences but I found that this paper didn’t have enough ‘tooth’ to hold layers of pastel like Canson Mi-Teintes paper. It just seemed too smooth and the thickness of it being almost like a board for its sturdiness was almost unnecessary since you can’t really layer on it too much unless you’re using the softest of the soft pastels, which I mainly only use as a base. Then I go over the soft pastel forms with Conte pastel pencils and others for fine details. Won’t buy again.
