It is a great point for very dry skin .

Brilliant as part of treatment for lichen sclerosus
I use this in an intimate area as I suffer from lichen sclerosus. It’s the best emollient I’ve tried and the one with the least amount of potential allergens, I can’t recommend it enough, plus it’s made in the UK and I can also get it on NHS prescription

Works reasonably well
In a way a bit disappointed with this product. Nothing inherently wrong with it and works reasonably well. But basically this appears to be petroleum jelly?? If it is then it is more marketing than anything else. Wouldn’t buy again hopefully could find something better for the price.

It is light cream and easily absorbed
It was my first time using this product. It absorbs into the skin well but smells a bit plastic like.It is a Vegan product which is good for the environment and animal wellbeing. It is free from parabens,bSKS and free from benzyl AlcoholIt did not cure my leg rash but didn't make it worse. It is softening for dry skin and elbows.

Not good for serious Eczema
I bought this product after another popular product was discontinued, but it made things worse (it may work for very mild cases). Best thing to do is search for "50 50 parrafin ointment" on Amazon, then buy whichever product has *over 100 reviews* (very important) and over 4.5 rating.

The only thing that worked
I've has severe contact dermatitis on my right hand and left ring finger for the better part of 4 years, to the point the skin has also started cracking and gotten to the point that my hand will be borderline unusable for weeks. Afrer all this time and paying more than I care to think about for various lotions and potions, as well as a prescription for a steroid cream (betamethasone). This is the ONLY thing that's worked. Obviously I cannot guarantee it'll work for everyone, but I'd say if you've tried the usual epaderm creams and intensive hand lotions and like me still have no result please consider trying this. I will admit I have been far from perfect with regular application as it can be awkward to apply, I usually mix it 50/50 with an oat hand cream to make it easier to rub in, but after 4 years my skin no longer looks like it has been severely burned on the palms of my hands.
