They should be "disqualified" for stating it's "Made in the USA" while using ginger from China. That's NOT being transparent and honest in my book! Chinese ginger is NOT the same as organic ginger grown in the USA. I agree with buying in the USA. If you want to keep your jobs, homes and country...I would start supporting USA.

Bottle says 2 months, but as always, use your senses (eyes and nose mostly here). My advice is to freeze them into ice cube trays and thaw as needed. That's what I do and it saves me from wondering if it's gone off or not.
