What is the firmness of this mattress

Horrible stiff mattress completely out of measure! Ended up waking up with a stiff back and back pain each morning. My daughter bought me another newentor mattress, it saved me, my morning pain is now much less.

How deep is the mattress, I was told 25cm but it’s only about 18cm. Very disappointed

Yes. The one I received was only around 18cm instead of 25cm that was stated. This was my only issue. It is still a comfortable mattress though.

The mattress advertised as 23 cm depth, is this correct?

My No.3 version is 23cm. Bear in mind there is a pillow top effect - the mattress will rise above the height of the side seam. The distance between top and bottom side seams will therefore be a little less.
