It has a strong flavor if you don't dilute it well. So I put half a dropperful in my family's Kool aid jug. Mixed with a gallon of Kool aid it dilutes well and ensures consistent taking. Make sure you mix it in well. Done this way they don't notice.I add this and several other things to my family's Kool aid jug while making it. This way I feel better about what I give my family and their health.

Oh my goodness, this stuff is powerful. I never in my life took anything more powerful :( After I started taking it, I started crying seconds later because my tongue and my stomach and my chest was burning for like a whole hour straight, more so than anything my tongue was on fire!!! I've tried to drink water, I've tried to drink milk, I've tried to drink juice and tried to eat food and it still burn. I literally was praying to God for nothing to happen to me because I felt sick and was just so afraid because my body was on fire I thought I was gonna die! 5 stars bc it does work, 1 bc of the Nastyness. Overall I'll be fair on the product and give it a 4 stars overall bc it is powerful

After experimenting with various incarnations of Zinc supplements, I can honestly say that this liquid formula is far more nutritionally superior to all other tablet/pill or even liquid forms of this important element. Its price vs strength and bottle size is a real winner for me.A word of caution for those who are easily offended by unpleasant tastes:I now don't experience that nauseous feeling in my stomach after taking Zinc in a pill form, though I should add that this liquid Zinc has also very distinctly unpleasant (and I wouldn't be afraid to say "disgusting") both, the taste and aftertaste, though I believe it's the direct result of the way it's been made.Given a choice between the two forms, when the pill causes me to feel REALLY nauseous in my stomach and the liquid form that just "tastes awful", I'll choose the liquid form, when you can instantly kill its aftertaste with a bite on a lemon or similar pungent foods, and though I try to mask its taste with other various items I add to my morning water routine (ACV, lime, etc.), its strong flavor still comes through and you'll definitely taste it, no matter what -- just to a lesser degree....Read somewhere that other reviewers gave up on it due to its bad taste, but to me its usefulness is more important than trying to please my upper palette... :)This formula has useful additional ingredients and in proper combination/ratio needed to assimilate, when taking Zinc (i.e. Zinc-to-Copper ratio) and being in a liquid form it's easily absorbed. Also, men will definitely notice its action, as well as its wound healing speed.Overall I'm very happy with this formula, particularly given its importance during these tumultuous times, and despite its really bad taste I still give it 5 stars.

its good i put it in quinine tonic water to get zinc into my cells and also you cant taste it at all like that....tonic water literally made for this or something. i also make this as a drink for work to kill off the things that is going around ....... what i use is colloidal silver, liquid iver* at 1ml per 50 lbs, diet tonic water that has quinine with zinc, diphenhydramine which is benadryl, rotate antiparisitics (artemisinin/clove/black walnut), vitamin c and d in an immune drink powder, magesium, pine needles extract or star anise, and some other things like nattokinase .... but these are the really essentials... it takes 1-5 days to clear up depending on how severe it is but trust me it works ... i almost died from this in the summer and came back with this ... it also works for the long virus

The taste is horrible. Truly. So difficult to mask. Tried to mix it into Gatorade to cover the taste but it’s no use. Can’t return. I think I’ll stick to pill form to avoid this moving forward.

Great source of zinc, easily absorbed. Note that zinc naturally has a bluish hue; hence the color of this supplement. Not a pleasant taste, but you won't likely even notice this if mixed into a large beverage.
