Good quality

Fell asleep fast once I knew I need to take two.
I need to take two but so far it has helped to fall asleep for at least five hours.

A thrill to get it so quickly, totally devastated when I open it up.
Love the product, been using it for years. But this time it arrived with a broken glass jar. The product was still in shipping bag , but mixed with all the broken glass. I had to throw away the whole contaminated mess. I feel like I got ripped off for $48.00. Aw crap, not again!

The best Magnesium option!
FINALLY! A highly absorbable form of magnesium that does NOT contain Magnesium Stearate (a biofilm which blocks the body from absorbing nutrients)! Additionally, it has Vitamin C as Ascorbyl palmitate which is proven to increase absorption and provide other health benefits. I am a very happy customer - thank you Metabolic Maintenance!2022 UPDATE: I cannot live comfortably without this supplement; when I skip a day or two, my body tells me with the return of muscle cramps and reduced quality sleep. Two (2) capsules is my personal daily dose, but this would vary depending on an individual's personal deficiency amount.2018 UPDATE: Wrote the initial review in 2015. Can't believe it's been that long! I am still taking this supplement and am pleased to say that it continues to work great and I have no known side effects. I stopped taking it for a few days and my symptoms (muscle cramps when stretching) returned.

Make sure you are taking enough
For those taking 1 pill, you may need to increase it to 3 or 4.When I was first 'prescribed' mag glycinate by my functional med doctor, she told me to take 400mg/per day.

Not sure yet
I got this for two reasons--one--better sleep, and two--for muscle cramps. Jury's still out on the better sleep. And the muscle cramps don't seem better than when I just eat a handful of cashews, which are reportedly high in magnesium. I'll keep taking them for a while longer, then decide.

mag glycinate is getting WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. This is a more affordable brand.
