I’m so pleased with this formulation! I take two capsules per day in the morning. It assists my hormonal levels consistently and without any unpleasant side effects. This is a wonderful product for helping to balance female hormones and reduce symptoms of those troublesome parts of the cycle. Has greatly reduced PMS (mood swings), hormonal pimples, breast tenderness, hormonal migraine, and to a lesser degree has helped with actual period pain (mine is still bad enough for constant painkillers, but is definitely improved nonetheless). I am more relaxed and my emotions are more even. My hormonal acne is improving and I'm so happy that it's working. I don't usually take vitamins but I needed something for hormonal balance and this product is amazing.

This made me feel great after only 1 bottle that once I ran out I definitely felt a huge difference. It made me feel more alert, healthier, able process and concentrate more, and helped when my time of the month came along. Hopefully this also works to help produce our first baby, we are both in our mid-late thirties and wanted to try this path before going to any kind of specialist. Here's hoping some baby dust sprinkles onto us :)

I noticed slight tummy cramping since taking it . However , I saw good reviews on the product so hopefully it’s only temporary . My friend recommended the product so am trying it out . I pray all goes well moving forward . It’s not hard to swallow . I actually am looking forward to taking it and seeing if it helps regulate my monthly cycles . I am anticipating good things from the product and I hope for the best moving forward

I’m a 41 one year old woman who was diagnosed with PCOS in her early 30s who somehow miraculously became pregnant last year. I’ve had hormonal migraines during the luteal phase of my cycle off and on since I was in my mid 20s. The only thing that helped was supplementing with progesterone cream in the last 7 days of my cycle. But I hadn’t really had them in years since I’d put PCOS into remission. As soon as my cycle returned postpartum, the migraines came with it. This supplement is a consolidation of a few of the supplements I’d already been taking as well as a few I stopped taking when it was clear I no longer had active PCOS. It’s much more cost effective AND it eliminated the migraines in a single cycle. Is it the supplement or all of the other things I’m doing? Well, my baby is 7 months and nearly mobile and I just brought home a 15 week old Dutch Shepherd puppy. My stress level - the trigger for my PCOS symptoms - is through the roof. I had one minor headache easily eliminated by Aleve instead of the week long migraine that nothing really touched. In a single cycle. I’m sold.

I purchased Female totality since my cycles were short (around 23-25 days) and it was getting increasingly hard since I was married and getting my period every 3 weeks was painful and frustrating. I purchased Female Totality since I was told that it will help regulate my cycles. I am happy to say that within 2-3 months my cycles have gone from 23 days to 29-30 days! This was an amazing turnaround and it definitely helped me with that.Note: Since this vitamin also boosts conception I would say that you should look into the ingredient “Chaste tree extract” since some doctors don’t recommend their patients to take it if their trying to conceive since some sources claim that it may lead to miscarriage since it hyper-stimulates fertility.Perfect product if looking to regulate cycles. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has suffered from short cycles!

I’m really excited and hopeful, finding these! They are kosher and have lots of healthy vitamins in them. Can’t wait to write the follow up review with good news!!!Update: After continuing to take these, the next cycle I had wouldn’t stop until I saw my doctor. It lasted for over two weeks!!! See your doctor first before taking these and any supplements! I no longer take them, and my cycle is back to normal.

This was my first time using this product although I have been very happy with other supplements from the same company. I am taking this in preparation for fertility treatments. So far I am am very pleased! I noticed that I have more energy and a more positive mood. Cycle has been regular with fewer PMS symptoms. I am hopeful that this product also will help me get pregnant more easily. I plan to keep buying and recommend this to others.

I really like these pills. They're light and easy to take. I looked up a vitamin that contains a certain ingredient for naturally balancing blood sugar, and these are that and so much more! I'm really happy with them, i'm already on my second bottle.
