Wow, this actually handles the business.
We installed this in the kid's bathroom during a recent remodel. It's hanging on a Duravit frame (they are compatible). It's by far the best toilet in the house. It completely washes the bowl down on every flush and never a clog in 3 months.

Not expected from Toto
Bad quality, number 2 always sticks to the bowl, water level not enough to keep the bowl moist. Toto should recall the product to avoid bad name in the market

Nearly no clog with bidet installation
The media could not be loaded. Despite reading some reviews of sticky #2 to inner bowl wall, we have not had that experience. It was a concern but just hold the large flush plate down to use the full tank of water and away with the poo. Only 1x in past 16 months since installation was the trusty plumbers' helper plunger needed to assist a flush. Toto bidet is great upgrade too and may be why we've never had poo sticking to interior of bowl. Bidet rinses and coats with "ionized" water after each use. We bought two units initially and now installing #3 for main floor 1/2 bath upgrade.
