Classy, durable, easy to clean, clever design
This looks very elegant and rich in the bath shower. The mounting is so clever! I had no problem installing it on a very expensive rough quartz ice tile shower wall. The mounted shelf leaves a space from shelf to wall which is instrumental in keeping it clean, polished and also the wall clean. There is no joint to gather moisture and mold! The slot has many uses. We just ordered a second one for the guest bath today.

Great looking and Well Made
Great product. Intermediate difficulty for install through tile, so consider this before purchasing if installing yourself and have little experience with DIY projects. They fit perfectly in my modern open shower room. Koehler products A+++++

Very sturdy
Recent bathroom renovation. This is just what we were looking for at a good price. It really goes with the stainless steel look in the rest of the bath. We put one in the shower, and one as a shelf beneath the vanity mirror!

Beautiful but difficult to install
These shelves are solid metal, nice and heavy. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and installing so was on the lookout for the plastic nubs on the cleats issue resulting in a difficult installation. When I inboxed them, I could slide the small circular mounting brackets into the cleats on the back of the shelf, with the plastic nubs intact, pretty easily, so thought that design problem must have been fixed. During installation, I had a second person mark the mounting brackets while I held the shelf level. The adhesive held the brackets fine and the shelf slipped up off them easily. I thought, this is going great! The 1/8” recommended pilot hole seemed a bit small, so I also drilled a bit bigger relief hole. I used the screws that came with the product and they went in easily, but i was unable to get them perfect flush, the screw heads stuck out just a tiny, tiny bit. This made mounting the shelf back cleats really difficult. I could see that the screw head were causing the issue so filed them down enough so that the shelf would mount properly. It was still a tight fit, had to use a pad, wood block, and hammer to get the shelves fully mounted. I’m not sure that I want to try to take them off, ever. So was a little bummed about that, cleaned behind there won’t be as easy. In the end, the shelf looks beautiful and I’m really happy with the look.

Looks great!
Looks great! Installation is a hassle. Adhesive didn't work great. I drilled one hole first and then triple checked everything before drilling the other side.

Expensive, but super high quality.
Extremely High quality. Definitely too expensive. But, i built a brand new shower and didn't want to put in a 'cheap looking','commercial grade' shelf. All of the other brands would have degraded my hard work on this shower.

Mounting Brackets are JUNK!!
I have had to replace these shelves (we have the 21, 14, and 7 inch) in our shower/tub three times in four years because the brackets corrode and break. You can purchase new wall brackets, but you have to replace the entire shelf, as they do not sell just the bracket which is totally replaceable!! I thought Kohler had better products and engineers than this. . .so disappointing. Would not recommend.

Wall brackets poorly designed. Remove vinyl nubs first.
This shelf would have been fantastic if it worked. It is very nicely made and looks great. Very heavy weight, not cheap. The problem is that the cleats on the back of the shelf have little vinyl "nubs" on them that are supposed to keep the shelf tightly in place. But what they do is keep the wall cleats from being able to slide into the shelf cleats. I tried to force them as hard as I could, and I'm a big guy, 6"...290lbs...and I couldn't get them in there. I called Kohler and they had no clue why. They sent me a new on and it was the same issue. I finally used a screw driver and took the vinyl nubs out. Then they would slip right in. The only other issue I had was that you have to be VERY precise in getting the brackets on the wall lined up with the brackets on the shelf. They tell you to put the adhesive on the brackets and push it in place on the wall first, but then you'd have to drill through the bracket to make your screw holes. I used the adhesive to get them in place and marked them and took them down to drill. I was doing this on tile in a shower and my holes were so ever slightly off which made it hard to get the brackets to slide together. I ended up loosening the bracket on the shelf just enough to give it some play to fit the other bracket. Since the shelf sits DOWN onto the cleats and gravity holds it in place, I see no reason why they had those vinyl nubs to make it so tight. Unless you are pushing up from the bottom of the shelf, it will not fall down. They even tell you it can be removed for easy cleaning. I'd be afraid to force it up too many times. Sort of a poor design but it worked out.
