Very useful, well made, not flimsy.
Very good design. This is stiff enough to scrape food on my pan bottom and move heavier food around in the pan, especially deep pans, but flexible enough to apply to non-stick. Now I never burn or scorch on the pan bottom.

It’s well made and durable. It’s perfect for fried egg, chapathi, dosa, pancakes and tortillas. Who ever made this, knows exactly what it’s supposed to do. Difficult design but I am glad I found it on Amazon.
