This is a great headset for $60 it came with extra earpads and a extra cable and I don't use it much now because I've upgraded but it is a amazing budget headset! Great sound quality on my xbox and great comfort. What lacks a bit for me is the mic. But for the price it still deserves 5 stars.

Product arrived in original packaging as if brand new, DAC was in the box as well as the 2 sets of ear pads and all necessary cords. I had trouble with the microphone at first BUT .. I had not realized that the headphone jack was not plugged in all the way into the USB DAC. It takes a bit of force to put it in and there are 2 little clicks you'll hear when its all the way plugged in. I am assuming that a lot of people saying the microphone didn't work faced this issue and didn't bother to troubleshoot or the logitech microphone wasnt set as their default microphone or something. Anyways, headphones are great, seemed as if brand new, work wonderfully, mic is awesome, sound quality is awesome, definitely worth buying "used" and a sweet little upgrade.P.S. For the headphone sound I recommend going into the G Hub software and going into the presets on the headphones on the bottom left. From there you can go to "browse more presets" and download someone else's EQ settings. I recommend changing the tab from most recent to most downloaded. I found the " PRO X/PRO GAMING CONFIG " Sounds great.

Was looking for a solid gaming headset and Logitech delivered. Firstly, this headset feels very high quality and sturdy, so I doubt you will have any problems with this breaking. The headset also comes with two different pairs of ear cups, one pair being a fake leather, the other being a cloth material. Both feel fairly sturdy and very comfortable. This headset definitely has a firm grip on your head, but it’s also very cushioned so even after hours of wearing it, I’ve had no problems with it feeling uncomfortable at all. The sound quality, which is usually my biggest concern, is outstanding. I actually find it to surpass that of far more expensive headphones I’ve owned. I only have two complaints with this headset. this headset has a built in cord, so if that breaks then the headsets toast, and the audio control is on the cord, which can be annoying as it is very sensitive, and I’ve found myself getting absolutely earraped mid game whenever the audio control decides to rub against my shirt and turn all the way up. Other than those two complaints, this thing is outstanding and worth the price if you’re looking for a comfortable and sturdy headset with great audio.

I've never owned a headset that sounds as awful right out the box as these do. The sound is tinny, hollow, like the speakers are placed on the other side of an auditorium and they forgot to bring the subwoofer. Music sounds distant and flat, without any difference in treble or bass unless you're listening to it at levels that threaten your hearing and drowns out any sound in your local environment. G Hub is also an incredibly obtuse program that seems to have no effect on the actual quality of your headset. The surround sound test in the G Hub software proves that the Pro X can achieve deep bass, but it seems like this headset was made specifically for "gamers" who play solely competitive FPS games and had no design put in for other genres. Without surround sound, the sound is tinny and hollow. With surround sound, the sound is distant and without any sort of treble.The refurbish process is poor- the sound in this is balanced, noticeably, towards the left ear. Sometimes, after trying to use G Hub to fix the poor acoustics, sound is ONLY on the left ear.Save your money. Do not buy Logitech headsets, especially ones refurbished by Amazon's shoddy previously-owned service.

I ordered a refurbished pair from seller "GBGOODIES LLC". The headphones look brand new, and came with all cables, the USB DAC, and even an extra pair of ear cups.These headphones are built very sturdy, as denoted by the thick aluminum frame. They sound great, as does the mic (I've listened to my own game recordings.)However, I found that in some games like Warzone (the first one, not 2.0) they were VERY bassy. You can use the equalizer in the Logitech G Hub software, which works fine.I decided to use the HeSuVi program w/ the DHT setting to model the 7.1 surround sound instead. I find it very accurate in games like Warzone as well as Rainbow Six Siege.This is actually my second pair of these. I paid full retail of $130 for my first set at Best Buy, and I paid less than half of that for this refurb pair to use on my work PC.

If I could give these a 6 star I would! I have tried a lot of different headphones and different brands. In a tier list i would put1. Logitech g pro2.HyperX cloud3 everything else doesn't compare unless you are getting studio quality headphones that are triple the price
