Extremely disappointed!
Unfortunately I was never able to test my welder because it arrived in such poor quality. The machine had a lot of damage! It had multiple cracks on the front panel, some of the soft buttons weren't working properly, and it had dents and bends on the metal housing.The box and packaging it arrived in was such low quality, I'm surprised the machine wasn't in worse shape. Broken tape, dents, and multiple holes and tears. The foam protecting the machine was also extremely thin.I'm not sure if I want to blame UPS for terrible shipping or Everlast because of the poor packaging the machine came in. Honestly I've never received a package this bad from UPS so I'm leaning towards Everlast.Aside from the packaging issue, everything seemed to be just ok in quality. I'm definitely returning the machine and considering whether to replace it or get a refund. I've heard some really great things about Everlast, but so far I've been extremely disappointed in their quality.

Needs a good manual
Instructional manual has something to be desired. You're expected, I guess, to be a skilled welder when purchasing this tool.No instructions on pressures for a newbe..

Plasma pilot arc malfunctioned immediately
Out of the box I set the plasma cutter option up based on whatever online instruction I could find on an Everlast model closest to this. I had to do this because the included "users manual" had zero info on setting up the plasma cutter. I reviewed the Tig and stick welding functions in the manual and they are equally as vague. The "users manual appears to have been written by someone who does not grasp the basic understanding of the english language. The cutter worked for about two minutes and then the pilot arc ceased to function. Tried changing the consumables, but still no dice. Not happy.
