Q: Can this 20v 8ah battery charge with the dewalt dcb115 charger?

All of the Dewalt 20V Max chargers should be interchangeable. I have a DCB107 charger and the DCB 208, DCB203 and DCB207 batteries I have all work fine with it.

Q: I’m using 2 of these in my Dewalt lawn mower and they only last about a total of 30 minutes and then dead. Should these run longer??

Yes. Any 20v tool can accept any 20v battery. The 8ah will just be appt bulkier to handle the compact impact driver.
