Yeswelder Customer Service Wins Yet Again!!!
Ordinarily, I would have rated this product between 2 to 3 stars because it had a leakage problem. I had stored this item for 1 year and about 6 months after purchase. I never tested it because I believed that it would work. However, I picked it up some days ago and tried using it, only to realize that it has a leakage problem. Knowing that it has exceeded its guarantee period, I would have discarded this product and count my loss, but I decided to contact Yeswelder knowing that they never disappoint. Yeswelder customer service came through for me and offered me a full refund. Best customer service I've ever experienced in my over 35 years of existence.
