This is the better of any Ginger source I've used. I am very happy with the quality, cleanliness and taste. Thankful to have found it on Amazon. They ship quick too. I enjoy it daily. It lasts me about 2 months before I need more.

Why not just get some ginger from the grocery store? Organic is expensive and usually very small. These are huge. I intended to sprout some to plant but didn't get around to it. So I froze a bunch of them. Super easy to grate the huge frozen ones and use in recipes. Yes, I'll buy again - next time to sprout as well as to eat them. Thank you for making such a healthy, high quality available to me.

I bought some organic ginger last week from Sprouts for ginger beer and candied ginger. I didn’t have enough so I thought I try this. I’m so impressed. Clean. Plumb and incredibly fresh and fragrant. Would buy again.

Fresh and good. The roots are so big, and the ginger is strong. I made ginger tea, it is delicious with honey and lemon. I will be ordering this product again.

Ginger takes a much longer period of time to begin growing than other plants. At least two to three months. I expect these ginger buds to behave the same way. They haven't sprouted yet, but I fully intend to write a blurb or two when they began to grow.+++UPDATE+++Well, it has been...a little while since last I posted and well...WHALLAH!! The ginger plants that I purchased on AMAZON are indeed growing. Nice and healthy and smelling just aromatic. I have a few others growing inside and they too are coming along. Now that the healthy signs of life are abound, I will sparingly begin to water them. I'm excited and eager to see the end results. Untill next time...see ya.

I have been ordering for years from these guys. It is absolutely the best Ginger I ever get anywhere! Fresh and Moist. Anything I get at my local grocers (including Sprouts) is worthless in comparison. I make large batches of Ginger/Turmeric shots weekly and have found that the Ginger I get form Kejora is the only one that actually produces Ginger juice (flavoring) for my shots.

A bargain for some strong ginger beer brew.Between the Cuisinart and the ss mesh can I got my money's worth. Tom

The ginger I received was hard, dry, lacked fragrance and many pieces were old and shriveled. It's all going in the compost pile because I can't use any of it to cultivate, dehydrate or in cooking. And they are very expensive, compared to what I can buy locally. I was just trying to save myself an hour roundtrip drive to get my local ginger, which is far, far better than what I received from Kejora.
