The pills are large, but not hard to swallow
This is a good vitamin-mineral for me - I'm in my late 60s and have always tried to take a good mult-vitamin/mineral supplement to ensure my body has the necessary elements for cell building blocks even when I don't eat as well as I should. The one-a-day pill is a bit large, but I've not had any trouble swallowing it. Good value for my health.

These are vitamins and they have all the quality needed. The only drawback is the size. They are a little hard to swallow. Perhaps a gel cap or smaller size will be a future factor.

These are one of the best brands of multivitamins I have ever tried. From Day 1 of my experience taking these vitamins, I have been feeling amazing. I have so much energy and vigor everyday now.
