Very sturdy
very sturdy. This is not brittle plastic that easily cracks. But I ordered pot separately, same brand and same color. They are not the same color. But it will work.

Very sturdy
I use 2 for my 60+ lb tortoise, one for water one for food. He steps on it and it doesn’t break like the terra cotta one did.

Perfect
I know it’s not real Terra-cotta however it’s the next best thing. It will not break! It’s Thick, strong and the marble affect makes it look a little aged. I wish I could find this in other sizes.

Worked for a bit
I thought that this would be a good investment to hold water for the birds. It certainly is heavier than normal plastic and felt solid. My ceramic one finally died after 4 years and cracked. This was the replacement. Unfortunately, even with the plastic being robust, it cracked with the freezing temperatures after only a week. I'm going back to ceramic which can take the freeze and thaw during this time of year. Maybe if you live somewhere like Arizona or Hawai'i or Florida where the water won't freeze, it will be fine. Anywhere the temp dips below freezing, I would invest in ceramic.

value for the money
its great for the money value but would be better if it was real terra cotta.

Exactly as pictured
Use this as a water basin for the birds. Looks just like terra cotta but will not break & easy to clean.

Thought was terra cotta but plastic
However the quality of the product is surprisingly good, very durable and color perfectly match my terra cotta pot.

Plastic Junk - Not slip pottery, not terra cotta.
This is terra cottage colored not real terra cotta clay. It’s not slip pottery like it says. It’s a junk plastic tray.
